Count Kevin Owens among the people who are big fans of current NJPW wrestler Juice Robinson.
Owens sent a tweet saying that he misses Robinson, a former WWE wrestler, but is proud of what he has achieved in the past few years. The tweet can be seen below.
Juice Robinson spent time in NXT as CJ Parker, but was stuck as a mid-carder throughout his tenure. Owens and Robinson were together in NXT from 2014-15. Parker was released by the company in 2015 and then moved to Japan where he is currently competing for New Japan Pro Wrestling and is even competing in the prestigious G1 Climax tournament.
Robinson also was Owens' first televised NXT opponent back in December 2014.
This year has been very kind to Robinson, as he's not only competing in the G1, but has also been a part of the G1 Special in USA shows where he competed in the tournament to crown the inaugural IWGP United States champion. Robinson also had an IWGP Intercontinental title match against former champion Tetsuya Naito earlier this year.
While Robinson is busy wrestling in Japan, Owens is still in WWE, having won the Universal title and WWE United States championship since last year. Owens is currently competing on WWE's blue brand, SmackDown Live.
