Charlotte Flair

According to online bookmakers, there’s one wrestler who is being backed most to win the women’s Royal Rumble right now: Charlotte Flair. She is generally a 2/1 pick based on current odds. That means, even though she’s a 14-time women’s champion and one of the biggest names in wrestling, she is not an outright favorite.

That’s understandable based on current storylines. After all, Flair wasn’t seen on WWE television for the entirety of 2024. Now fully recovered from the serious knee injury that put her on the shelf, she’s set to make her grand return at the Rumble – a match she won back in 2020. Bettors are expecting her to jump right back into the main event scene ready for WrestleMania season.

Iyo Sky

Another wrestler being backed for Rumble success is Iyo Sky. While she’s as wide as 5/1 with some bookmakers, the majority have her priced the same as Flair. Supported by online and in-person fans, Sky has arguably the most crowd-pleasing style in the women’s division. The ‘Genius of the Sky’ will most likely be in the match until the final stages, although it remains to be seen if she’s the last woman remaining.

Rhea Ripley

Is Rhea Ripley the biggest female star in wrestling right now? There’s an argument she’s the biggest regardless of gender. However, her chances of winning the Rumble for a second time are largely dependent on one point: whether she’s already champion or not. Ripley is scheduled to face rival Liv Morgan on the Raw Netflix debut. If she’s not champion – and that would likely mean a dusty finish has taken place – Rhea’s odds could shorten dramatically.

Becky Lynch

Another major star that has been gone for an extended period, it’s no secret that Becky Lynch is about to return. After all, she appeared in the recent Netflix promo trailer advertising Raw. As a result, Lynch is around a 5/1 shot right now to win the Rumble. Depending on her TV appearances, if any, it could be a savvy bet in the run-up to the big PLE.

Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair currently has odds of 8/1. These seem quite long for a superstar who has been a major player in the female division since stepping up to the main roster. However, this

could be due to her being positioned in a secondary storyline – with Naomi and Jade Cargill – away from the main event scene currently.

The Outside Picks

Could anyone outside of the five highlighted names win the Rumble? It’s unlikely, although there are some names to keep an eye on. Jade Cargill, Asuka, and Roxanne Perez – each could make a big impression in the match if they appear. Plus, it’s always more fun to root for a long shot!
