Ali Abdelaziz Has No Respect For Conor McGregor

Khabib Nurmagomedov successfully defended the UFC Lightweight Title against Conor McGregor in the main event of UFC 229, picking up the win via fourth round submission. Nurmagomedov would then hop the Octagon fence and go after teammates of McGregor, instigating a huge brawl to close out the event.

Ali Abdelaziz serves as the agent for Nurmagomedov and he claims that McGregor isn’t a good person at all.

“You can’t bite a dog and not expect to be bitten,” Abdelaziz said to USA Today. “You can’t play with fire and not expect to be burned. This man, Conor McGregor, is not a good guy.”

McGregor took aim at Abdelaziz during the lead up to UFC 229, calling him a snitch, a terrorist and even bringing up the estranged son of Abdelaziz.

It was McGregor’s attitude in the lead in to this past weekends big event that caused Abdelaziz to lose all respect for the Irishman.

“I got zero respect for Conor McGregor,” Abdelaziz stated. “His team, his whole entourage, zero. These guys, they demand respect, but you earn respect. How are you going to earn respect when you talk crazy about people’s family, religion, countries?”

Nurmagomedov has already had his purse withheld by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for his role in the brawl and more punishment could be coming the champions way.
