It has been a little over a month since Fightful brought you the story about unknown assailants torching the two cars owned by former UFC Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis and now, an arrest has been made in connection with the incident.
A suspect, who is only thirteen years of age, has been arrested by Milwaukee, Wisconsin police in connection with the torching of Pettis’s vehicles.
"It`s scary to see where the youth is at,” Pettis told Fox 6 Now. “I feel there has to be some changes and I think I`m in a position where I can make some changes so it`s up to me to go out there. Instead of how do I replace my belongs, how do I make it right for everybody else?"
Due to the laws surrounding the age of the child, the name of the suspect will not be revealed to the public. It is also unknown at this time if there are any more people who are connected to the suspect and the incident.
Recently, Pettis’s new Range Rover (which he bought after the cars torching) was broken into and robbed. That suspect is still at large.
UFC 206 takes place on Saturday, December 10 from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with Max Holloway and Anthony Pettis headlining.
