With less than two weeks to go before UFC Fight Night Japan, the card has taken a hit with the loss of a flyweight division attraction.

Naoki Inoue has suffered a dislocated shoulder while training and has been pulled from his bout against Jenel Lausa.

Inoue made the announcement himself through Instagram:

With little time to find a replacement fighter to battle Lausa, the bout as a whole has been scrapped.

It is also unknown at this time if the bout is going to be rescheduled or if the fighters will get new opponents down the line.

Neither Lausa or the UFC have commented on the fight cancelation.

UFC Fight Night Japan takes place on Friday, September 22 from the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan with Mauricio Rua and Ovince St. Preux headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on FXX.
