Brian Moore Takes On Giorgio Belsanti At Bellator 196

A featherweight division attraction is the latest addition to next months Bellator 196 card as Brian Moore is going to be in action against Giorgio Belsanti.

Moore (10-6-0) has won just one of three bouts under the Bellator MMA banner, with that lone win coming over Michal Horejsi at Bellator 177. Moore has already headlined one Bellator MMA event, suffering a submission loss to AJ McKee at Bellator 187. Moore also went winless during a two fight stint in Cage Warriors, dropping bouts to both Dave Hill and Marat Pekov.

Belsanti (7-6-1) is currently undefeated thus far in Bellator MMA competition, defeating Vando De Almeida by unanimous decision at Bellator 176. Belsanti started off his professional MMA career winning just one of his first six bouts, but has since earned victories in six of the next eight fights. Belsanti hasn’t suffered a defeat in over two years, with that last loss coming to Dalgat Kudbudinov at M-1 Challenge 62.

Bellator 196 takes place on Friday, April 6 from the Budapest Sports Arena in Budapest, Hungary with James Gallagher and Adam Borics headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs via tape delay on the Paramount Network.
