Colby Covington Got Death Threats Due To Star Wars Spoilers

MMA

Colby Covington can now add Star Wars fans to the list of people who hate him, especially since he posted spoilers from the latest film on social media.

Since the UFC star posted those spoilers, a lot of death threats have been coming his way from legions of angry fans.

Dark Side Of The Cage To Premiere In January, Will Cover Ronda Rousey, Matt Hughes, Kimbo Slice, More

“Come on, man. I ain’t got two and a half hours to waste in my fucking life on some retarded movie like that,” he said on BJ Penn Radio. “I’d rather just ruin it for all the nerds and virgins in the world. That’s all my haters, anyways. Yes, I did receive death threats. People said they were going to bomb my house in Oregon. People were saying that they hope ISIS burns my family and this and that. Yeah, ISIS. They said ‘I hope ISIS burns your family.’”

Covington also has the country of Brazil hating him and also former UFC Heavyweight Champion Fabricio Werdum, who tried attacking the welterweight with a boomerang.

The fighter believes that Star Wars fans should be thanking him instead of sending hate and death threats.

“Star Wars is for nerds and virgins. I did them a favor, Jason. They should be thanking me, instead of sending me death threats. And no, I didn’t watch it, Jason. I got laid. I went to Reddit, and all my haters are virgins, so it was an easy way to ruin their pathetic lives,” says Covington.

Thus far, nobody has come forward and attacked Covington for releasing the spoilers to one of the most popular movies of the year.
