Combate Americas sent along the following, announcing six new fights for their November 1 show:

TS-1 Promotions announced six new bouts today for the  Combate Americas live television Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) event at Curtis Culwell Center in Dallas Metroplex, Texas on Friday, Nov. 1.

The Combate Americas live televised main card airs in the U.S. on Univision (12 a.m. ET/PT) and TUDN (12 a.m. ET/9 p.m. PT).

Among the new matchups announced today for the live television event were a featured, 153-pound catchweight affair between two ferocious competitors - Luis Luna (16-7) and Michael Santiago (22-12) - as well as a women’s 130-pound catchweight clash between undefeated upstart Abril Anguiano (2-0) and fellow striker Paola Ramirez (1-2).

In the previously announced, 175-pound catchweight main event, rising star Gilbert Urbina (5-1) of Welasco, Texas will square off with fellow Combate Americas newcomer and Team Alpha Male standout Angelo “Baby Monsta” Trevino (7-3) of Sacramento, Calif.

The 34-year-old Luna of Seminole, Texas is an aggressive, well-rounded finisher, aiming for his third straight win in what will mark his debut with Combate Americas.  The Jackson-Wink team member is coming off a majority decision win over Dez Hill on April  13.

Santiago is another explosive finisher, who has defeated an astounding 81 percent of his opponents via T(KO) or submission.  The 30-year-old resident of North Lake, Ill. will look to record his second straight win after producing a second round (3:22) submission (guillotine choke) of Alonzo Martinez on May 30.

The 20-year-old Anguiano of Garland via Zacatecas, CDMX, Mexico is a highly-touted striker who burst onto the professional MMA scene at the beginning of this year, scoring a 28-second TKO on Sha Whittington on February 22, and following up the stunning debut with another first round (3:15) TKO of Erica Torres on June 22.

Fighting out of Carlsbad, Calif., Ramirez is a 33-year-old native of Guadalajara, Jal., Mexico.  She has been re-booked to fight after her scheduled, October 11 matchup with Marilia Morais was scratched from the Combate Americas fight card in Tucson.

Ramirez’s lone fight under the promotion of Combate Americas took place on April 25, 2016, and ended in spectacular fashion when she scored a devastating, first round (4:05) knockout on Amber Tackett with a superman punch.

In one of four preliminary bouts announced today for the event in Garland, unbeaten Hector “El Matador” Fajardo (2-0) of Sacramento and Aaron Vickers (3-2) of Dallas, Texas will face off at featherweight (145 pounds).

Unbeaten Paul Garza (1-0) of Houston will take on Ricky Romo (0-0) of Denton, Texas in a lightweight (155 pounds) scrap.

Aldair Romero (2-1) of Dallas via Lima, Peru will go to battle with Melvin Lopez (0-0) of Fort Worth, Texas at flyweight (125 pounds).

A matchup between two professional debut competitors will see Francisco Morales (0-0) of Fort Worth via Irapuato, Gto., Mexico meet Cain Bunch (0-0) of Stilwell Okla. at featherweight.

Priced from $20, tickets for the TS-1 Promotions Combate Americas live television event are on sale at CombateAmericas.com/DFW.  Additional bouts will be announced soon.
