Curtis Blaydes vs. Sergei Pavlovich Set To Headline UFC Event In April

UFC heavyweight contenders, Curtis Blaydes and Sergei Pavlovich, have been scheduled to headline a yet-to-be-announced Fight Night event on April 22.

ESPN's Brett Okamoto was the first to report the news of the matchup being in the works on Wednesday, although the promotion itself has yet to announce anything regarding the bout or event. Blaydes is 7-1 in his last eight Octagon appearances and is coming off a 15 second TKO win due to an injury over, Tom Aspinall, at UFC Fight Night 208 last July in London. Pavlovich meanwhile is currently riding a five-fight winning streak and will look to build on a first round KO victory over, Tai Tuivasa, at UFC on ESPN 42 this past December.
