A featherweight division attraction will headline Legacy Fighting Alliance 83 as Damon Jackson is in action against Mauro Chaulet.
Jackson (16-3-1-1NC) is returning to the LFA for the first time in over a year, but he won six of seven in his first LFA run. Jackson is a former LFA Featherweight Champion, but he relinquished the gold to compete in the second season of the PFL. Jackson also went winless during a three fight stint in the UFC, which lasted from 2014 to 2016.
Chaulet (13-6-0) enters the contest riding a three fight winning streak, defeating the trio of Peterson Roberson Pujol, Gabriel Lima and Samson Phommabout. Chaulet has only fought once in the last five years and hasn’t suffered a defeat in over six years. Chaulet has suffered six losses as a professional MMA fighter and half of them came by way of decision.
