UFC featherweight contenders, Dan Ige and Nate Landwehr have been booked to meet at UFC 289 on June 10.
MMA Fighting's Mike Heck was the first to report the news of the matchup being in the works on Thursday, although the promotion itself has yet to officially announce anything regarding the event or bout. Ige is 1-3 in his last four fights and is coming off a second-round KO win over, Damon Jackson, at UFC Vegas 67 back in January. Landwehr on the other hand is currently riding a three-fight winning streak and will look to build on a second-round submission victory over, Austin Lingo, at UFC on ESPN 43 this past weekend.
