Dana White Declares Francis Ngannou Will Never Fight In UFC Again: "It's Over, That's Over"

UFC President Dana White shut the door on former heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou, ever returning to the promotion.

White spoke with a scrum of reporters following the UFC 285 ceremonial weigh-ins on Friday and gave a definitive response when asked if there were any possibility for a future reunion between the company and Ngannou.

“No,” White (h/t MMA Junkie). “No. We negotiated with him for years. It’s over, that’s over. He’ll never be in the UFC again. Yeah, I never say never, but I’ll give you a never on that one. We tried."
