Derrick Lewis Broke Foot At UFC Fight Night 105

Derrick Lewis earned his ninth victory in the UFC at UFC Fight Night 105, as he knocked out Travis Browne in the second round of their main event encounter.

Lewis, during his post-fight interview, stated that he as holding his stomach during the fight because he didn’t want to “poo-poo” in the Octagon.

However, it turns out that other than almost dropping a deuce inside the world famous Octagon, the heavyweight also suffered a broken foot.

Of those nine wins under the UFC banner, some of the most notable for Lewis came over Gabriel Gonzaga, Roy Nelson, Shamil Abdurakhimov and Travis Browne. Lewis is also undefeated in UFC main event fights, earning main event wins at UFC Fight Night 102 and UFC Fight Night 105.
