James Krause sees Anderson Silva vs. Uriah Hall as a toss-up, but he is leaning towards "The Spider" heading into UFC Vegas 12.
Krause and Vicente Luque caught up with Fightful to get their thoughts on Saturday's potential retirement bout between Silva and Hall.
"Anderson. Better striker," Krause said. "I just think he's a little more dangerous. It's a tough one, his age is catching up to him. I'm going to go [with] Anderson."
Luque struggled with his pick. The ranked welterweight expects Hall to win but his heart is firmly with the legendary former middleweight champion.
"I would like to go with Anderson but it's a tough moment right now," Luque shared. "I think Anderson is passed his prime, that is obvious, but he still has something he wants to prove. I don't know if it's for him or for the fans. I hope it's an exciting fight. I see Uriah Hall getting the win. I don't think it's going to be an easy one. Anderson has a lot of experience. He knows how to take the fights to distance. How to not put himself ina dangerous situation. I would say Uriah Hall by decision but I hope Anderson gets that win somehow."
UFC Vegas 12 takes place from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, October 31. The ESPN+ card is headlined by Uriah Hall vs. Anderson Silva. Keep up with Fightful for all your Fight Night coverage.
