This is not the first Gian Villante story in this series and, according to Louis Smolka, it will not be the last.
Smolka caught up with Fightful ahead of his fight with José Alberto Quiñónez at the UFC Apex on November 14. He reflected on a memorable night in Las Vegas with Villante.
"Everybody has a Gian Villante story. Me and Gian got super drunk one time on a fighter summit. They bring up certain guys they are trying to market," the UFC bantamweight shared. "Me and Gian Villante — after they let us go — got super trashed in the casino. We're out until legitimately three or four a.m. rolling dice. We were killing it too. We were saying the most ridiculous stuff."
