Vicente Luque welcomes the chaotic energy that Mike Perry and Niko Price bring to the fight game.
Luque recently caught up with Fightful and reflected on staring down Perry and Price before his fights against the two welterweights.
"Two encounters that were pretty funny for me were the face-offs with Mike Perry and Niko Price," Luque shared. "They are two guys who have that different attitude. It's not just, 'Go out there and face off and let's fight.' They're funny guys. They're guys that bring a different energy. It was fun for me. I had a good time with both of those guys. They're great guys. It was a funny moment for me because I'm all about having fun in fights."
The ranked fighter also reflected on the UFC Athlete Retreat in 2017.
"The night we had a party where Snoop Dogg was there," he remembered fondly. "Everyone was going crazy. It was fun to see the fighters with their guards down. We're not fighters there, we're just having fun and enjoying the moment. It was a special moment for me to see everybody was like me and just having fun."
