UFC President Dana White revealed recently that the promotion was talking to boxing great Floyd Mayweather about fighting inside the Octagon.
Mayweather said that there would be no appearance in the UFC, but the speculation is going to run rampant again after the latest social media post from the boxer.
In a video posted on Twitter, a shirtless Mayweather is shown getting into and walking around an MMA cage in his gym.

UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor would issue a response to the video through Twitter:
Hahahaha very good. Keep up the good work my son.

Yours sincerely,
Senior. https://t.co/Qk3U69isTS
McGregor and Mayweather battled in the boxing ring this past August in what would be the UFC Lightweight Champion’s professional boxing debut. Mayweather would walk away with a tenth round TKO victory on that night and would then retire a short time after the bout.
The UFC star has continued a back and forth with Mayweather since the boxing engagement, but nothing has ever come about. McGregor has teased a return to MMA next, but nothing has been made official at this time.
