After his fight against Ricky Simon at UFC 258, Brian Kelleher has posted an extremely graphic photo of the cut to his forehead.
Kelleher took to Twitter to show his followers the effects of his recent fight, noting he suffered "Scar too deep for a bandaid situation.
Kelleher suffered the cut during his extremely one-sided decision loss to Simon at UFC 258. The injury was caused by an elbow ground and pound in the 1st round, and while the cut looked bad during the event, the photo Kelleher has posted looks much more gruesome than expected

The bout between Kelleher and Simon had been previously booked in October of 2020, and January of 2021, and so when Kelleher has healed up he can look forward to seeing another opponent in his next time out.
