The 25th season of the UFC Ultimate Fighter is now complete and that means it is time to find out who is going to be taking part in the next season of TUF.
There have been two coaches announced for the UFC Ultimate Fighter 26 -- former UFC Lightweight Champion Eddie Alvarez and former World Series Of Fighting Lightweight Champion Justin Gaethje.
UFC President Dana White revealed the coaching choices during a media scrum for the Conor McGregor versus Floyd Mayweather press tour.
Filming has already started for the reality show and it is expected to last until the end of August.
This season will see the crowning of the first ever UFC Women’s Flyweight Champion, as sixteen of the best female flyweights are competing to become champion.
It is the second time the reality show has been used to crown a women's champion in the UFC, as the UFC Ultimate Fighter 20 was used to crown the first ever UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion and that was won by Carla Esparza.
While the show is currently in the midst of filming, there is no debut date set yet for the Fox Sports 1 premier and there’s also no date set yet for the live finale.
