Jon Jones On Shaking Stipe Miocic's Hand After Snub: I Felt Like Forgiveness Is the Right Thing To Do

It is no secret that Kamaru Usman and Israel Adesanya are very good friends. It has been known for a while that the two fighters became friends over their Nigerian roots and both being dominant UFC champions.

Despite this, Usman's long term manager has just revealed that he would actually like to see Usman take the step up and challenge Israel Adesanya in the near future.

See below what Usman's manager had to say about the possibility of the two African champions fighting each other.

Abdelaziz revealed that he would like Usman to once again beat Leon Edwards then go up to middleweight and challenge Adesanya for the middleweight title.

This will surprise some people as Usman actually revealed last week that last year he actually had plans to skip a move up to middleweight and go straight up to light heavyweight to fight Jan Blachowicz.

That shows just how much loyalyty Usman has towards Adesanya that even if greatness is on the line, he will not fight him.

Do you think that the fight between Usman and Adesanya could ever happen?
