Former UFC title challenger Kelvin Gastelum will take on surging contender Nassourdine Imavov at UFC 273 on April 9.
ESPN's Brett Okamoto was the first to report the news of the matchup, although the promotion itself has yet to confirm anything regarding the booking. Gastelum is 1-5 in his last six Octagon appearances and will try to rebound from a unanimous decision loss to Jared Cannonier back at UFC Vegas 34. Imavov on the other hand is 4-1 in his last five fights and is coming off of a second-round TKO victory over Edmen Shahbazyan back at UFC 268.
