Chan Sung Jung, better known to many as the Korean Zombie, has suffered an undisclosed injury and has been pulled from the UFC 214 card.

Jung was set to fight Ricardo Lamas on the card, Lamas is expected to remain on the card against an opponent that has yet to be announced. The bout between the two was set to be a part of the pay-per-view portion of the card, no word on the new bouts placement when Lamas gets a new opponent.

Neither Jung or UFC officials have yet to comment on the matter.

Lamas (17-5-0) has rotated wins and losses in his last five UFC fights, with his last bout being a victory over Charles Oliveira at UFC Fight Night 98. Lamas has previously challenged for the UFC Featherweight Title, losing to current champion Jose Aldo at UFC 169.

This is not the first big fight to get canceled on Lamas, as his bout with former two division champion BJ Penn at UFC Fight Night 97 was canceled after Penn suffered an injury.

UFC 214 takes place on Saturday, July 29 from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California with Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
