Marlon Vera Says He Didn’t Lose To Song Yadong, Calls Fighter A “China Men”

MMA

Marlon Vera and Song Yadong met this past weekend at UFC Fight Night: Overeem vs. Harris, with Yadong scoring a unanimous decision victory.

A defeated Vera isn’t very happy with the controversial decision loss, blasting the judges while also calling Yadong a “China Men” on Twitter:

The loss was the first for Vera in five fights, but it also came at featherweight, which is a division that Vera doesn’t traditionally compete at. Yadong, who is also a bantamweight fighter, also made his UFC Featherweight Division debut this past Saturday Night.

All wasn’t bad for Vera though, as both he and the victorious Yadong picked up $50,000 each for Fight Of The Night at UFC Fight Night: Overeem vs. Harris.

There is no word yet on what is next for either fighter, but both are expected to return to bantamweight for their next fights.
