Michael Bisping Is "The Journeyman" In New Boxing Movie

Michael Bisping is seeing his star grow in the feature film world, especially after the announcement that Bisping is starring in a boxing film titled “The Journeyman.”

Deadline first reported the news, as Bisping will be portraying Kenny “The Beast” Breen in the film, which is based on the book “The Journeymen: The Other Side of the Boxing Business, a New Perspective on the Noble Art.”

Bisping’s character is described as “an alcoholic, drug-abusing, past-his-prime journeyman boxer with a record of 11-85-0 who, after being diagnosed with neurological damage, continues his career on the small-hall circuit at grave risk to himself.”

The former UFC fighter has had roles in other movies and TV shows like Warrior, Twin Peaks: The Return, “MacGyver, Magnum P.I. xXx: Return of Xander Cage and Den of Thieves. The film will shoot in England with Dax Phelan directing, no release date for the film has been revealed at this time.
