At 58 years old, Mike Tyson was able to get back in the ring on Friday night when he faced Jake Paul.
Tyson looked every bit his age as Paul, 27, largely cruised to an uneventful unanimous decision.
On social media, Tyson said that he was grateful to be able to step in the ring one last time, feeling that he won even though he lost. He also said that he nearly died in June after eight blood transfusions.
Paul vs. Tyson was originally scheduled for July 20, but was postponed due to Tyson having an ulcer flare up.
This is one of those situations when you lost but still won. I’m grateful for last night. No regrets to get in ring one last time.

I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won.
