UFC veteran and women's flyweight Rachel Ostovich has officially signed with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.
The promotion announced the signing with posts across their social media platforms. Ostovich went 1-3 in her short run inside of the Octagon, last competing at UFC Vegas 15 where she was TKO'd by Gina Mazany in the third round.
BKFC is hoping to have Ostovich debut sometime in the summer, either June or July and wants her to rematch fellow former UFC veteran Paige VanZant according to a report from MMAFighting's Damon Martin and Steven Marrocco. The pair's first meeting came back at UFC Fight Night 143 with VanZant defeating Ostovich via a second-round submission due to an armbar. VanZant signed a four-fight deal with BKFC back in August 2020 reportedly worth over $1 million. She lost her promotional debut where she dropped a unanimous decision to Britain Hart in the main event at BKFC: KnuckleMania.
That's it!@PaigeVanzant gets the tap in round 2!
