A featherweight division attraction is a late addition to the Bellator 214 card according to MMA Junkie as Adel Altamimi is going to be in action against Brandon McMahan.
Altamimi (7-5-0) is going to be making his Bellator MMA debut in this encounter and is also returning to action for the first time in over a year. Altamimi has competed twelve times as a professional MMA fighter and none of his bouts have gone the distance. Altamimi has picked up seven victories since turning pro in October of 2014, with six of those wins coming by way of submission.
McMahan (3-4-0) is also making his Bellator MMA debut in this bout, while also returning to action after a three-plus year layoff. McMahan is a former Renaissance MMA Bantamweight Champion, defeating Jonathan Mackles to win the gold in June of 2015. McMahan has competed seven times as a professional MMA fighter and none of those bouts have ended by way of KO/TKO.
Bellator 214 takes place on Saturday, January 26 from The Forum in Inglewood, California with Ryan Bader and Fedor Emelianenko headlining. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
