A heavyweight division attraction has been added to Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series Episode 16 according to Ariel Helwani of ESPN as Greg Hardy faces Tebaris Gordon.
Hardy (1-0-0) made his professional MMA debut at DWTNCS Episode 9, defeating Austen Lane by first round knockout. Hardy also competed three times as an amateur MMA fighter, with all of those wins coming by first round KO/TKO. Hardy spent many years competing in the National Football League (NFL), playing for the Carolina Panthers and the Dallas Cowboys.
Gordon (3-0-0) is going to be making his DWTNCS debut in this fight and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted over two years. Gordon has yet to see any of his professional MMA bouts go the distance, with all of the fighters wins coming by KO/TKO. Gordon last competed at Warfare MMA 17, defeating Marvin Skipper by second round TKO.
