A light heavyweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night: Woodley vs. Burns as Jamahal Hill faces Klidson Abreu.
MMA Fighting first reported the bout, who’s spot on the card isn’t known at this time.
Hill (7-0-0) has already picked up a single win under the UFC banner, which came over Darko Stosic at UFC Fight Night Raleigh. Hill also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series Season 3, Episode 5, defeating Alexander Poppeck by second round TKO. Hill is still undefeated as a professional MMA fighter and that streak has already lasted over two years time.
Abreu (15-4-0) has won just one of three thus far in the UFC, with that lone win coming over Sam Alvey at UFC Fight Night San Antonio. Abreu has competed a total of three times in the UFC and all of those encounters went to the judges scorecards. Abreu has picked up fifteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and ten of them came by way of submission.
UFC Fight Night: Woodley vs. Burns takes place on Saturday, May 23 from a location to be announced with Tyron Woodley and Gilbert Burns headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on ESPN.
