Report: Johnny Walker Faces Nikita Krylov At UFC Fight Night Brasilia

A light heavyweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Brasilia as #11 Johnny Walker is in action against #14 Nikita Krylov.

Ariel Helwani of ESPN first reported the bout, but its placement on the card isn’t known at this time.

Walker (17-4-0) has won three of four under the UFC banner, with those victories coming over Khalil Rountree, Justin Ledet and Misha Cirkunov. Walker also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series Brazil Episode 2, defeating Henrique Da Silva by unanimous decision. Walker has competed a total of four times in the UFC and none of those bouts went past the opening round.

Krylov (26-7-0) has won just one of three in his second run with the UFC, with that lone win coming over Ovince St. Preux at UFC 236. Krylov picked up six victories during his first run with the UFC, with notable wins coming over Walt Harris, Francimar Barrosso and Ed Herman. Krylov has competed a total of thirty three times as a professional MMA fighter and just one of those bouts went the distance.

UFC Fight Night Brasilia takes place on Saturday, March 14 from the Ginasio Nilson Nelson in Brasilia, Brazil with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
