A featherweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Boston according to MMA Junkie as Kyle Bochniak is in action against Sean Woodson.
Bochniak (8-4-0) has won two of six under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over the duo of Enrique Barzola and Brandon Davis. Bochniak hasn’t picked up a victory in almost two years, with the last win coming over the aforementioned Davis at UFC 220. Bochniak has competed twelve times as a professional MMA fighter and eight of those encounters went the distance.
Woodson (6-0-0) is going to be making his UFC debut in this bout and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted nearly three years. Woodson competed on Dana White’s Contender Series Season 3, Episode 5, defeating Terrance McKinney by second round knockout. Woodson has competed six times as a professional MMA fighters and half of those encounters went to the judges scorecards.
UFC Fight Night Boston takes place on Friday, October 18 from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts with Dominick Reyes and Chris Weidman headlining. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on ESPN.
