A bantamweight division attraction could be coming to this months UFC On Fox 28 card according to MMA Today News as Manny Bermudez may be in action against Albert Morales.
Bermudez (10-0-0) is going to be making his UFC debut in this fight and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted over two years. Bermudez has seen two of his professional MMA bouts go the distance, while the rest of those fights ended within the opening round. Bermudez also competed in the CES MMA promotion, where he defeated WSOF/Bellator MMA veteran Saul Almeida.
Morales (7-3-1) has won just one of five fights under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Andre Soukhamthath at UFC 209 in March 2017. Morales has seen four of his five bouts in the UFC go the distance and the fighter has a record of 1-2-1 in those encounters. Morales also competed once in Bellator MMA, defeating John Yoo by third round TKO at Bellator 137.
UFC On Fox 28 takes place on Saturday, February 24 from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida with Josh Emmett and Jeremy Stephens headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox.
