A bantamweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Wichita according to ESPN (via Farah Hannoun) as Matt Schnell is going to be in action against Louis Smolka.
Schnell (12-4-0) will enter the contest on the strength of a two fight winning streak, defeating the duo of Marco Beltran and Naoki Inoue. Schnell has picked up twelve wins as a professional MMA fighter and half of them have come by way of submission.
Smolka (15-5-0) is currently undefeated in his second run with the UFC, having defeated Su Mudaerji by second round submission at UFC Fight Night Beijing. Smolka went 5-5-0 during his first run with the UFC and ended that first stint on a four fight losing streak. Smolka has suffered five defeats as a professional MMA fighter and four of them have come by way of decision.
