Report: Melissa Gatto Replaces Jessica-Rose Clark At UFC 237

Jessica-Rose Clark has been pulled from UFC 237 due to a foot injury, replacing her against Talita Bernardo is going to be Melissa Gatto according to Combate.

Bernardo (6-3-0) has won just one of three thus far in the UFC, with that lone win coming over Sarah Moras at UFC Fight Night Moncton. Bernardo is competing in her home country for the first time in the fighter’s UFC tenure, which began in September of 2017. Bernardo has seen four of her professional MMA fights go the distance, with the fighter winning two and losing two of those encounters.

Gatto (6-0-2) is going to be making her UFC debut in this encounter and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted over two years. Gatto has competed eight times as a professional MMA fighter and half of those encounters went the distance. Gatto has picked up six wins as a professional MMA fighter and four of them came by way of submission.
