Sara McMann was down an opponent for UFC Fight Night: Poirier vs. Hooker after the withdrawal of Aspen Ladd and now the promotion is down a fight as McMann is also off the card.
Damon Martin of MMA Fighting first revealed the news on Twitter:
Per sources, Sara McMann will not be competing at UFC on ESPN 12 this weekend after Aspen Ladd fell off the card due to injury. #UFCVegas4

It should be noted that neither the UFC or McMann herself has commented on the fighter’s status at this time.
There is also no word yet on which fight or fights will get promoted from the preliminary card or the main card. It is also unknown at this time as to whether or not the promotion will reschedule Ladd versus McMann for another card or if the fighters will go their separate ways.
UFC Fight Night: Poirier vs. Hooker takes place on Saturday, June 27 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Dustin Poirier and Dan Hooker headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on ESPN.
