Play-by-Play
Charles Oliveira (C) vs. (#1) Dustin Poirier
Round One - Oliveira sees a jumping kick to the body get blocked to open, Poirier drills him with a straight left that stuns him early but Oliveira fires back with a straight left that lands. Poirier with an overhand right that lands, Oliveira lands a left then clinches up and lands a knee to the body. An uppercut lands for Oliveira, Poirier partially lands a right, Oliveira clinches and gets the fight against the fence, trips Poirier but the challenger scrambles to his feet where he eats another knee to the body from Oliveira. Poirier lands a straight left then a jab to boot. Poirier lands another left and wobbled the champion with an overhand right that pushed Oliveira to the fence but the champion lands yet another knee to the body to stifle Poirier's momentum then rips one to the body and follows it up with a front kick to the body. Poirier sends Oliveira to the mat with a right But wants no part of Oliveira on the ground and lets the champion back up. Poirier lands a left that stuns him again but the champion returns fire with yet another knee to the body. Poirier continues the onslaught and lands a left hook but Oliveira throws a flying knee that partially lands, a right hook that hits it's mark and a front kick to the body lands for Oliveira as the buzzer sounds to end an absolutely wild opening frame.
Round Two - Round number two begins and Poirier sticks a jab but eats a straight right from Oliveira in response. Oliveira initiates the clinch, lands a few knees while on the inside, trips Poirier to one knee, tried to get the back but slides off and Poirier starts unloading some ground and pound but Oliveira used an omoplata to scramble to top control. Oliviera rips some shots to the body, lands a slicing elbow across the bridge if Poirier's nose and Poirier looks to allow as little separation as possible as the champ tries to create some for some ground and pound. Oliveira sneaks in a couple heavy elbows then creates some more separation and delivers several massive elbows that all land directly on the nose of the challenger. Oliveira mixes in a few shots to the body and Poirier looks content to try and eat these shots to not allow Oliveira any chances at a submission, Oliveira stands with a handful of seconds remaining, lands a leg kick to a downed Poirier and the horn sounds to end a dominant round from the champion.
Round Three - Oliveira uses a faint right and dives right in, gets Poirier against the fence, he gets the back and tries to lock in a choke under the chin, Poirier adjusts but Oliveira locks it in even tighter and Poirier has no choice but to tap. Charles Oliveira is here to stay!

Amanda Nunes (C) vs. (#4) Julianna Pena
Round One - Nunes comes out the aggressor, lands a straight right, then plants a pair of leg kicks on Pena and perfectly times a takedown. Nunes continues the pressure on the ground, Pena scrambles but gives up her back, Pena tries to use the fence to flip but Nunes is aware of it and continues to slowly circle her away from the cage. Pena's able to get back to guard but Nunes grabs the neck, the hold isn't very tight and Pena gets out of danger for the time being. Pena pulls guard, Nunes looks for a neck crank, Pena looks for a kimura, Nunes lifts and plants her but Pena doesn't give up the arm and Nunes is in a precarious position but the buzzer sounds and the champ is out of danger as this one heads to round number two.
Round Two - The second round commences and Nunes lands a kick to Pena's lead leg. Pena lands a jab but eats a low kick from Nunes. Pena lands a 1-2 that catches the attention of the champion and she wobbles her with a straight left. Pena drills her with an overhand right, Nunes returns fire with a straight left and lands another lead leg kick. Pena lands an overhand left, then a right, then another left, Nunes whiffs on a right hook, referee Marc Godard finds a brief break in the action to retrieve Pena's lost mouthpiece and the fight quickly resumes. Pena lands another left hook on the champion, Nunes partially lands a right hook, Pena wobbles Nunes with a left hook, Pena drills her with a right hook, Nunes backs up to the fence, Pena gets a takedown and gets her back, locks in the hold under the chin and Nunes taps! Julianna Pena chokes out Amanda Nunes to earn one of the biggest upsets in UFC history!

(#12) Geoff Neal vs. (#14) Santiago Ponzinibbio
Round One - Neal lands a pair of lead leg kicks to open the action. Ponzinibbio gets warned for a potential eye poke but referee Mark Smith allows the fight to continue without a hitch. Ponzinibbio again gets a stern warning from Smith to watch his fingers but the fight continues without a stoppage. A right hook lands for Neal, another hook lands as well. Neal just misses a high kick and then ducks out of the way of a counter left from Ponzinibbio then Neal kicks him low and the fight is briefly stopped, the right resumes but the buzzer sounds to send this one to round number two.
Round Two - The second frame opens and Ponzinibbio lands a 1-2 and follows it up with a straight right. Ponzinibbio drops for a double leg and gets the takedown but Neal quickly scrambles back to his feet. Ponzinibbio lands a looping left, just misses a follow up right and Neal lands a counter left hook. Ponzinibbio lands another 1-2 but eats a straight left from Neal. Ponzinibbio drills Neal with a straight left but Neal wobbles him with a right hook and lands a calf kick at the horn and this one's headed to the third and final round.
Round Three - Round number three is underway, Ponzinibbio just misses an overhand right and Neal drills him with a left hook, pours on the offense and lands a 1-2 that sends Ponzinibbio to the fence, Neal lands another right but Ponzinibbio is able to spin out of danger and lands a left hook and follows it up with a lead leg kick. An overhand right lands for Ponzibbio and follows it up with a left before ripping a hook to the body. Neal lands a left hook but eats another calf kick from Ponzinibbio, who follows it up with another. Neal lands a 1-2 and then a right hook, Ponzinibbio fires a right back, Neal lands another combination that spins Ponzinibbio around and fires off a left hook that also lands. Another left lands for Neal, Ponzibbio opens up with a 1-2 and lands a lead leg kick at the buzzer and this one will go to the judge's scorecards.

(#6) Kai Kara-France vs. (#7 BW) Cody Garbrandt
Round One - A lead leg kick from Garbrandt opens the action. Garbrandt follows up with a sliding leg kick that also lands. Kara-France drills Garbrandt out of nowhere with a looping right hand that sends Garbrandt to the canvas, he rushes in for the finish, lands a bevy of shots that drops Garbrandt for a second time, he sets him up for a massive shot, Garbrandt ducks and dives in for a double leg, lands it, Kara-France scrambles back to his feet and blasts Garbrandt with another overhand right, an uppercut follows and a straight right sends Garbrandt to the canvas and referee Herb Dean has seen enough. Kai Kara-France earns the biggest win of his career!

Raulian Paiva (21-3) vs. Sean O'Malley (14-1)
Round One - O'Malley opens with a stabbing front kick that lands flush on Paiva. O'Malley throws another, Paiva catches it and tosses him to the fence. A pair of jabs land for O'Malley then he kicks Paiva low that causes a brief stoppage. Referee Jason Herzog allows the fight to resume just moments later and O'Malley lands another pair of jabs but Paiva lands a hard low calf kick and follows it up with a left hook that lands. A straight left from O'Malley hits it's mark, Paiva responds with a front kick that lands and plants another low calf kick on O'Malley, who responds with a jab and straight left combo. O'Malley drills Paiva with an overhand right that wobbles him, O'Malley rushes in for the finish, lands a flurry of shots, Paiva regains his stance but O'Malley sends him right back down with another right and referee Jason Herzog has seen enough. Statement win for 'Suga' Sean O'Malley!
