Play-by-Play
(#10) Vicente Luque vs. (#9LW) Rafael dos Anjos
Round One - RDA opens the main event with a right hook that finds a home. RDA lands a 1-2 and clinches Luque, who's now pressed against the fence. Luque reverses the hold and now has the former lightweight champion up against the cage wall. RDA spins off the fence and circles back to the center of the octagon. RDA clocks Luque with a straight left, followed by a 1-2, as Luque lands a low kick. Luque lands a front kick to the body, then rips a left hook in behind as he continues to work the body. Luque lands a side kick to the mid-section, RDA dives down and looks for a takedown but Luque holds firm but finds himself against the cage once again. Luque trips RDA to the mat and secures the takedown but RDA has the guillotine locked in. Luque flips himself backwards over RDA and now has the back! Luque starts landing heavy shots from the top, RDA scrambles back to his feet, and the horn sounds to end a wild opening frame.

Round Two - RDA quickly clinches to open round number two. Luque once again reverses the position and is now in control along the fence. RDA forces Luque back and gets himself off the cage and back to the center of the octagon. RDA pops the jab, Luque lands a big right hook, RDA trips Luque to the mat, but Luque is quickly back to his feet. RDA has Luque clinched but Luque trips RDA to the mat for a moment before the former champion is back upright. Luque clinches and looks for another takedown but RDA defends well for the time being. Luque has RDA down to one knee and flattens him out, but just for a moment as his Brazilian counterpart gets right back up. Luque stays clinched up but lands a right hook on the eventual break. Luque lands a front kick to the body, RDA lands a right hook, and goes for the takedown but the horn sounds to end round number two.

Round Three - Luque quickly trips RDA to the mat but RDA gets back up as Luque remains in control of the clinch. RDA spins himself off the cage as he's beginning to leak blood from his nose. RDA lands a left hook, Luque pops the jab, and lands a left hook. Luque lands a side kick to the body, RDA lands a 1-2, then a straight left, and secures a takedown. Luque spins and almost has top control but RDA recovers nicely and now has the back. Luque scrambles back to his feet and has RDA clinched along the fence, and the buzzer sounds to send this one to the main event rounds.

Round Four - Another lengthy clinching exchange kicks off round number four. Luque gets RDA down to a knee for just a moment, but the former champion pops right back up. Luque gets RDA down to his knees once again, but RDA is right back to his feet. Luque refuses to let up with the clinch but RDA reverses position and circles back to the center of the octagon. RDA dives in for a takedown but Luque holds firm and ends up clinching RDA right back against the fence. Luque gets RDA down and starts unloading heavy shots from the top but the horn sounds to send this one to the fifth and final round.

Round Five - Luque goes right back to the well to begin the final frame as he has RDA clinched against the fence. Luque scoops RDA and sends him down to the canvas but the former champion pops right back up and circles back to the center of the octagon. Luque pops the jab, RDA lands a side kick to the body, RDA lands a 1-2, and Luque clinches. Luque trips RDA down to the mat, RDA is right back up, but Luque is relentless with the clinch and keeps this one along the cage wall. RDA breaks the clinch and lands a 1-2, then whiffs on a high kick before tripping Luque to the mat. RDA lands some hail mary shots from the top but the buzzer sounds, and this one is headed to the judge's scorecards.

Cub Swanson vs. Hakeem Dawodu
Round One - Dawodu throws a wild switch kick to the body to open the action, but Swanson gets right out of the way. Swanson peppers in the jab and drills Dawodu with a right hook. Dawodu responds with a 1-2, then a low kick. Dawodu plants a hard kick to Swanson's lead leg, then blocks a high kick attempt from Swanson, before landing a right hook at the horn to end an entertaining opening frame.

Round Two - Dawodu lands a spinning back kick to the body. Dawodu lands a 1-2 back up top but eats a 1-2 from the veteran, Swanson in response. Dawodu clinches and lands a knee to the body but Swanson spins off the fence and circles back to the center of the octagon. Dawodu goes right back to the clinch, Swanson quickly gets out of it but eats a slicing elbow from Dawodu on the way out. Swanson lands a 1-2, then a right hook, then another 1-2 at the buzzer, and this one is headed to the third and final round.
Fightful scores this round 10-9 to Swanson. 19-19 overall after two rounds.
Round Three - Swanson lands a 1-2 followed by partially landing a high kick to open the final frame. Swanson lands another 1-2, Dawodu clinches but lands a knee below the belt. The fight is briefly paused but quickly resumes, and Dawodu goes right back to the clinch. Dawodu lands a second knee a bit too low, but this time, much harder. The fight is back on after a longer, but still brief pause, and Swanson trips Dawodu right down to the mat. Swanson looks for the back but time runs out, and this one is headed to the judge's scorecards.

(#13) Khalil Rountree Jr. vs. (#14HW) Chris Daukaus
Round One - Daukaus lands a right hook to open the bout. Rountree drills Daukaus with a right hook of his own and Daukaus wobbles a bit but looks to be OK for the time being. Daukaus shoots for a takedown, Rountree holds firm and shoves Daukaus to the cage and now has him clinched. Daukaus spins off the fence and circles back to the center of the octagon. Rountree lands a right hook and sends Daukaus crashing to the canvas with a massive overhand left and Daukaus is out! What a performance from Khalil Rountree Jr.!

Polyana Viana vs. Iasmin Lucindo
Round One - Lucindo opens the action with a 1-2. Viana wastes little time in looking for a takedown, latches onto the back, and drags Lucindo down to the mat. Little to nothing happens on the mat and referee Chris Tognoni stands both competitors up. Lucindo lands a spinning back kick to the body before whiffing on a spinning back fist, which Viana uses to clinch. Lucindo spins Viana around and trips her down to the mat. Lucindo lands a few short shots, as does Viana from the bottom, Lucindo starts hammering down shots on Viana as the horn sounds to end an entertaining opening frame.

Round Two - Lucindo wallops Viana with a right hook and Viana is hurt! Lucindo doesn't rush in for a finish, however, and Viana looks to be mostly recovered. Lucindo lands a right hook, then clinches, and trips Viana down to the mat. Lucindo gets to half guard and quickly locks up a triangle choke and Viana has no choice but to tap out! Iasmin Lucindo secures the biggest win of her blossoming MMA career!

AJ Dobson vs. Tafon Nchukwi
Round One - Nchukwi lands a 1-2 to start. Nchukwi lands a low kick, as does Dobson. Nchukwi lands another kick to Dobson's lead leg but eats a 1-2 in return. Dobson lands a low kick, then another, and Nchukwi returns the favor with yet another low kick. Dobson has a high kick blocked but stays upright after a level change attempt from Nchukwi. Dobson catches a side kick from Nchukwi and gets the takedown. Dobson lands a few side punches to the head as the horn sounds to end the opening frame.

Round Two - Nchukwi lands a lead leg kick to open the action. Nchukwi lands a 1-2, Dobson lands a left hook, then a 1-2, and a low kick. Dobson initiates the clinch and has Nchukwi pressed against the fence. Dobson backs off but lunges forward with a flurry of shots, most of which somewhat land. Dobson lands a pair of low kicks before clinching as the buzzer sounds to send this one to the third and final round.

Round Three - Nchukwi whiffs on a looping right hand to begin the third and final frame. Dobson trips Nchukwi to the mat and this time, has plenty of time to work. Nchukwi tries to scoot towards the fence but Dobson firmly holds top control. Dobson begins to land some short shots from the top, Nchukwi sees that time is winding down and scrambles back to his feet but Dobson clinches at the horn and this one is headed to the judge's scorecards.
