A huge middleweight division attraction could be coming our way in 2020 as former UFC Middleweight Champion Robert Whittaker could be in the Octagon against Darren Till.
Everything started between the two when Whittaker issued a challenge to Till for a bout in Till’s native London.
“That’s the fight I’m currently interested in (against Till),” Whittaker told The Daily Telegraph. “Plus I’ve never been to Europe before, so what better reason to go?”
Till, who just made a successful UFC Middleweight Division debut with a unanimous decision win over Kelvin Gastelum at UFC 244, would accept Whittaker’s challenge through Twitter:
Let’s fight at @ufc London then @robwhittakermma ? --#YouAreNotReady

I’m ready to fight now to be honest.

Fuck injuries, fuck time off, fuck it all.
When are you ready @robwhittakermma ? Need to know basis...
