Ryan Hall Faces Ricardo Lamas At UFC Fight Night Oklahoma City

A featherweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Oklahoma City as #13 Ryan Hall faces Ricardo Lamas.

The bout was announced by the UFC Twitter page, but its spot on the card isn’t known at this time.

Hall (8-1-0) is undefeated thus far in UFC competition, having picked up wins over Artem Lobov, Gray Maynard, BJ Penn and Darren Elkins. Hall was the winner of the UFC Ultimate Fighter 22, defeating the aforementioned Lobov by unanimous decision in the finals. Hall has competed nine times as a professional MMA fighter and three of those fights went the distance.

Lamas (19-8-0) has won just one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over the aforementioned Elkins at UFC Fight Night Buenos Aires. Lamas hasn’t picked up a victory in well over a year, as the win over the previously mentioned Elkins came back in May of 2018. Lamas has suffered eight losses as a professional MMA fighter, but he has yet to be beaten by way of submission.

UFC Fight Night Oklahoma City takes place on Saturday, May 2 from the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with Jack Hermansson and Chris Weidman headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
