Scott Holtzman has already competed six times under the UFC banner and fans will see him around for four more fights because the fighter has signed a four bout contract extension with the promotion.
It was Holtzman who made the announcement through Instagram:
Holtzman has a 4-2-0 record in the UFC (11-2-0 overall), defeating Anthony Christodoulou, Cody Pfister, Michael McBride and Darrell Horcher, while suffering defeats to Drew Dober and Josh Emmett.
The fighter is also a former Xtreme Fighting Championships, defeating Bellator MMA veteran Roger Carroll in October 2013.
MMA Fighting is also reporting that Holtzman wants to compete before mid-May, which is when his first child is expected to be born. Although no event or opponent was mentioned for the newly re-signed competitor.
