Sean O’Malley made his UFC pay-per-view debut at UFC 222, defeating Andre Soukhamthath by unanimous decision.

O’Malley re-aggravated a previous foot fracture at the event, but the fighter wished that he would’ve suffered a broken foot instead.

“What I understand is it would be better if it was broken because it would be easier to heal than ligament tears. I think I would almost rather it would be broken, but we’re going to check it out and we’ll see where we can go from there,” said O’Malley on The MMA Hour. “I’m on crutches. I couldn’t even put a little bit of pressure on it on the ground. Just getting this foot healed, that’s my focus 100 percent. I’m just putting my attention into healing this foot, eating right and making sure my body is healing right, just getting healthy and getting back to training. I’m not think about anything other than that.”

A victorious O’Malley has been known to have some pretty amazing post-fight celebrations in the past, including one with Snoop Dogg after an appearance on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series.

For the UFC 222 post-fight celebration, an injured O’Malley was seen smoking marijuana out of a gold MMA glove and Fancy Combat got some video of the moment.

The glove was given to him by “The Fine Wine Of Cannabis” known as Atrium, who posted an image of the gloves on Instagram:

There is no word yet on just how long O’Malley is going to be out of action while dealing with the foot injury.
