Wanderlei Silva, Tyron Woodley, Anthony Pettis, Benson Henderson, More Former UFC Names Sign With GFL

Top UFC welterweight contender Colby Covington has not fought since getting a dominant victory over the divisions former champion Tyron Woolley in 2020. Covington has had chances to fight other contenders such as Leon Edwards and Stephen Thompson but instead has opted to wait for a rematch with Kamaru Usman after the two had a very entertaining and close first fight.

With Usman currently booked to have a rematch with Jorge Masvidal at UFC 261 later this month, it has left Covington in a difficult position because he will not be able to fight until probably the end of the year or maybe even early 2022.

Covington has now took matters into his own hands and decided to go after Usman on Instagram.

In the post above Covington launched a verbal attack on Usman telling him to "show the world some balls" and fight him.

Do you think Covington is right or do you think he does need to show Usman some activity before he gets a rematch?
