The Ultimate Fighter 26 tournament won't see its finals take place as planned.
Sijara Eubanks was hospitalized Wednesday night, and didn't appear at Thursday's weigh-ins. The fighter was set to face Nicoo Montana in the tourney finals to determine the first UFC Women's Flyweight Champion. In Eubanks' place is the woman she defeated in the semifinals to advance, TUF 18 veteran "Happy Warrior" Roxanne Modafferi.
Modafferi entered the season as the top seed, and since losing out of the UFC in 2013, has went on to an 8-3 record including TUF fights. After once looking like retirement was looming, Modafferi dedicated herself full time to the sport.
