UFC Fight Night Macau Figueiredo vs Yan Results (11/23)

Tatiana Suarez is probably one of the most unlucky fighters on the current UFC roster.

Suarez has not competed inside the UFC Octagon since June 2019 where she got a dominant unanimous decision win over Nina Nunes.

Suarez was scheduled to fight MMA veteran Roxanne Modafferi at UFC 266 but she has suffered a "very bad knee injury" in training which means she will need surgery, therefore, the fight has been canceled.

Suarez's bad luck with injuries continues as prior to injuring her knee, Suarez had a lingering neck injury which kept her out of the Octagon for a very long time.

Check out what Suarez had to say about the injury below.

Suarez has vowed to be a part of a "kick ass" come back story and many people would not be surprised if she has an extremely successful return as she is pound for pound one of the best female fighters on the planet.

We wish Suarez all the best in her recovery.
