Two-time NCAA Division I National Champion wrestler, Jordan Oliver, is making the transition to mixed martial arts and has signed with Bellator MMA.
The promotion officially announced the news via a tweet posted to their official Twitter account on Wednesday. Oliver went 89-6 during his career at Oklahoma State as a folkstyle wrestler and won the 65 kilograms (143 pounds) bracket at the 2020 US Olympic Team Trials, but failed to qualify for the actual 2020 summer games. The 32-year-old Easton, Pennsylvania native is expected to make his debut later this year and compete in the featherweight division.
