Lee (7-2-0) is going to be making the first defense of her title, which she won by defeating Heather Bassette at LFA 4 earlier this year. Lee is also a veteran of the Invicta FC promotion, where she holds a win over TUF 26 alumni Rachael Ostovich.
Thorton (4-3-0) enters the fight riding a two fight losing streak and she hasn’t earned a victory in almost a year. Thorton is also winless under the LFA banner, having dropped a fight to Sabina Mazo by first round knockout at LFA 9.
