It was a quick night at the office for Deiveson Figueiredo as he submitted Alex Perez in less than two minutes of their UFC 255 main event title fight.
Figueiredo had a tricky response for every challenge Perez presented. When Perez had a high single-leg, Figueiredo dropped for a leg lock. When Perez escaped and attempted to settle on top, Figueiredo caught him in a guillotine choke. Continue below for the fight highlights.
Deiveson Figueiredo def. Alex Perez (no. 4) by submission via guillotine choke (1:57, R1) to retain the UFC men's flyweight title.
Figueiredo made short work of Perez, latching on a guillotine choke from the guard that forced a tap from the title challenger less than two minutes into the fight.
