The prelims of UFC 258 featured an action flyweight fight between Maycee Barber and Alexa Grasso, and a middleweight fight with Kelvin Gastelum getting his hand raised.
Alexa Grasso def Maycee Barber via Unanimous Decision - (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)
Alexa Grasso came out and fought disciplined and technically especially in the first two rounds where she got off to an early lead, and held on to get the win against Maycee Barber who was returning from an extended injury layoff. Barber did come out like a house afire in the third round knowing she was down, but Grasso was able to stay safe and survive until the final bell.
