Robert Whittaker def. Kelvin Gastelum via Unaniamous Decision (50-45, 50-45, 50-45)

In a sparkling display, Robert Whittaker shut out Kelvin Gastelum in the main event of UFC Vegas 23. Whittaker showed a startling array of offensive weapons on his feet, including a sharp stinging jab, and a spectacular 3 strike combination punctuated with a high kick which he showed off numerous times. This isn't to speak ill of Gastelum, who never stopped coming forward, and showed he is as tough as anyone inside the UFC. Find this fight if you missed it, Whittaker was spectacular.

Andrei Arlovski def. Chase Sherman via Unaniamous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

In a simmering kickboxing match that never really got out of first gear, Chase Sherman edged Andrei Arlovski in a fairly dull decision. Arlovski used leg kicks to hamper Sherman's mobility, and allowed him to stay on his bike and not allow Sherman to delivery the power he was looking to.

Jacob Malkoun def. Abdul Razak Alhassan via Unaniamous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)

In an incredibly one-sided shutout, Jacob Malkoun dominated Abdul Razak Alhassan by taking him down and transitioning from one submission attempt to the next. Malkoun's wrestling showed up very seriously, while Alhassan really didn't display very much in this fight whatsoever.

Tracy Cortez def. Justine Kish via Split Decision (29-28, 29-28, 28-29)

In a very entertaining bout, Tracy Cortez made her flyweight debut a successful one utilizing her strong grappling game, and an improving standup output to edge Justine Kish in a very close fight. If Cortez can continue to show progression on her feet, and figure out her weight cut after missing weight, she could be a serious force at flyweight.

Luis Pena def. Alexander Munoz via Split Decision (29-28, 29-28, 28-29)

After putting in a very tepid performance in the first round, Luis Pena bounced back in the second and third rounds to score a narrow split decision victory over Alexander Munoz. In the third round, Pena did start fighting with a large degree of swagger and started showboating, despite not putting quite in the work to warrant that type of theatrics.
