Tyler Diamond may have gone winless during a brief stint in the UFC, but the TUF 27 alumni is hoping to turn his luck around as the fighter has signed a deal with the Professional Fighters League (PFL).
The fighter announced the deal through Instagram:
Diamond (11-1-0) lost in his lone UFC appearance at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 27 Finale, with that defeat coming to Bryce Mitchell. Diamond also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 27, losing in the semi-finals of the reality show to Jay Cucciniello. Diamond has gone undefeated since exiting the UFC, picking up a pair of victories over Jon Neal and Justin Linn.
There is no word yet on when Diamond will make his promotional debut, as the PFL has canceled season three to 2021 due to the coronavirus.
